Every project is the responsibility of an experienced project manager who defines tasks, sets goals, and assembles a team that can meet the required deadlines. Through selected strategic partnerships, Navedas also has the ability to source additional team members with specific expertise required for particular projects.

Navedas is demonstrating its capabilities to clients with relatively small projects ranging from 100 to 10,000 hours. Navedas principals have organized and managed successful projects ranging up to 50,000 hours in the past years.

How do we get started?
|
|
We start New Navedas clients generally get acquainted with the Company by working together on an initial client project requiring 200 - 2,000 man hours over a period of a few weeks. As Navedas proves its capabilities and the client becomes comfortable with the relationship, the number and size of projects increase to meet the needs of the client.
